Any buyer that purchases a MaxExposure Home has a 1 in 50 chance to WIN the MONEY! The same goes for sellers, any seller that subscribes to the MaxExposure Home program and sells their home gets the same 1 in 50 chance to WIN the MONEY!

With you the client often dealing with the largest purchase or sale of your life it just makes sense to do everything possible to make your transaction as smooth, pleasant and profitable as possible.

• A draw will only take place after fifty MaxExposure homes have been sold, closed, and funded.
• MaxWell Realty will contact all 50 participants one week prior to the draw by email.
• All Sellers are to provide a valid email address.
• The first closed 50 Sellers will be in each draw. After 50 have accumulated, the next draw will start to fill.
• Extra funds collected on each draw will be used for promotional, accounting and administration costs.
• Sellers agree to the use of their names, possibly pictures, in the promotion of the MaxExposure Home program draw.
• All Buyers, regardless of what real estate firm represented them, qualify for the draw.
• Only Sellers and Buyers qualify for the draw.
